- Calling rates including VAT are as follow : Calling rates within dtac network: From 11 pm to 5 pm - 0.58 baht/minute, 1.07 baht/minute for dtac network calls made outside promotional time period, and other network calls.
- Value-Added Service fees for domestic usage (including VAT) : SMS 3.21 baht/message, MMS 5.35 baht/message and Happy internet 1.07 baht/minute. Any SMS which is in Thai or contains both Thai and English characters altogether up to 70 characters (including vowels, spacing, and numbers) is counted as 1 message. English SMS of up to 160 characters (including spacing and numbers) is counted as 1 message. For any SMS containing more characters (including special characters and other language characters) than the specified amount in 1 message, calculation for the amount of characters per message will vary based on the system’s technical rules.
- Calling rates listed are for domestic numbers only, and does not include international calls, international roaming or services such as Audio Text and other premium number services.
- The system will grant the 50 baht Happy Bonus on the same day of the month that the service is first activated. In cases where the service is activated on the 29th, 30th, or 31st day of the month, the system will grant the Happy Bonus on the 25th, 26th , and 27th day in the following month respectively. In order to be eligible for the Happy Bonus, your number must have a validity of at least one day. If a number does not have a validity of at least one day, the system will not grant the Happy Bonus and the user thereby forfeits entitlement to the Happy Bonus. In addition, to be eligible for full Happy Bonus benefits, SIM Happy 199 baht users must maintain continuous usage over the period of five months
- When making calls to a number under the Dfamily SIM promotion (calls in network 1.50 baht/minute) or Happy Call within Network promotion (calls for 0.25 baht/minute and receive call credit), the system will not take into account nor give any free call credit or bonus call credit to the number that is receiving the call.
