Register your SIM card for an even Happy-er experience!

It is time for Happy users to register their SIM cards, both for a more enjoyable experience, and to be in compliance with current government regulations. To make this process easier, please refer to the following information.

Remarks: For DTAC users residing in the provinces of Yala, Pattani, and Naratiwas are not able to register via the website. To register your SIM card please visit any DTAC Center or DTAC Shop nationwide.

 

 

2. Register in person at any DTAC Center or DTAC Shop



Thai Nationals :

- ID Card, Government Worker ID Card, Government Organization Worker ID Card, Driver’s License, Student ID card, or other official form of picture ID.


Foreign Nationals:
- Passport, Work Permit, or Alien ID Card


Corporate Accounts:
- Company Papers (no older than 6 months)
- Power of Attorney Papers
- Signed copy of ID Card from person granting Power of Attorney
- Signed copy of ID Card of person recipient of Power of Attorney

Once you have prepared the proper documents, simply bring them along with your SIM card to any DTAC Shop or DTAC Center nationwide, and fill out the registration form, and a DTAC employee will take care of the rest for you!

Rules and Regulations of SIM Card Registration
New users are required to provide documentation and register their account, and existing users must register their number before requesting a new SIM card, or applying for any special offers or promotions.
Users registering their account in person must provide proper documentation, including a signed copy of their ID card. All documents must be signed and contain only truthful information. The service provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if the user fails to register within the allowed time period, fails to provide all required documents, or if the users provides false information in the application process.
Any changes in personal information of the user require the user to bring the SIM card and proper identification to a DTAC representative each time. All user rights and privileges will be in line with company policy at the time of change.
If a user loses his/her SIM card, it is the user’s responsibility to alert the service provider immediately, to temporarily suspend service and request a new SIM card. If the user has not yet registered the account, any new SIM request must be accompanied by a police report and the user’s ID card.
When a user registers his/her SIM card, it means that the user agrees to all terms and conditions of service set by the service provider. The service provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if a user breaches the agreed terms and conditions.
